Broke is a dick. Where did he get two £50 notes from? He gets benefits and if he gets anything from his bizniz it will all get paid into his bank. The only way people tend to get fifty's is from going into the bank to withdraw a decent amount, or someone who has been paid in cash for goods or services. I haven't had a fifty for many years. The amount of cash I carry with me is usually low under normal circumstances. It's all cards now.
