It has the feel of MLM but as Spongebobette says, no recruitment and they say they are limiting the rep numbers within given areas to avoid saturation. So not MLM. I assume the reps are paid for the orders they put in from retail customers and not rewarded on what they buy from Weleda so they are true reps not customers themselves.
