Cleanse and detox diets are so dated now. Everyone pretty much knows they are based on bad science. Your liver and kidneys detoxes you. Give up alcohol and you'll feel better and lose weight (looking at you, PhD, with your poxy shakes).

Nc as potentially outing. I have a French friend who has just joined Ariix (Didn't even realise this company was still going!) She invited me to a Facebook group and keeps posting about weight loss and "increasing your immunity" obviously to cash in on covid. She's a nurse. I am so disappointed but also worried for her.

Do any of you knowledgeable lot know of any resources in French that could help? We mostly speak French together but I don't have much "scammy mlm" vocab in my arsenal. The obvious Google searches threw up a few articles, but I'm wondering if there's a thread like this one, or a blog like Talented Ladies Club in French?

Did anyone else see it ? I think it was yesterday (to be honest though all the days are blurring!!) and I think it was Welsh Rarebot that had tagged her and posted it. It was Castle receiving a cheque about 4 years ago.
