Anyone else had no response from Universal Credit?

Setup our online account over a week ago and filled everything in. Myself and husband are unable to confirm our identities via the website so I have put notes on the journal but have gotten nothing back from them. I do understand that they're probably dealing with a lot of claims right now but I'm not sure what else to do? I have tried calling them but can't get through.

You don’t need to ring them anymore. They have tweeted to say they’ll ring you if they need to speak with you. twitter.com/DWP/status/1248214961429655552

they have a lot of extra staff working over the weekend to try to help clear the back log so I would just keep your phone close over the weekend.
