Help to Save bonus payment

I’ve had a Help to Save account for two years and my first bonus became due on April 1st. The bonus level in the account has dropped back to 0 as I would expect but the money hasn’t reached my bank account yet. Anyone received one recently and could tell me how long it took to get the money? Obviously I don’t want to call overloaded HMRC phone lines just yet if I’ll get it in a couple of days (it’s not like I can spend it on anything!)

Was that for an April payout? I think this is maybe the first batch to pay out because I signed up really early, so perhaps it’s just taking a bit longer to send them out.

Yes, same here, I signed up 2 years ago and am waiting for a £600 bonus - it’s a brilliant scheme for those that qualify. I have been unable to log-in to my gov. Uk account so unable to check if the bonus level has dropped or not. I can’t face phoning the IR at this time. Will give it a few more days.

I'm waiting for it too.
Hoping it's a 3 to 5 working days to clear thing and it will be in by tomorrow

Checked my bank this morning and although it’s not in yet, it’s showing as pending for tomorrow. The full amount (£550 as I missed the first couple of months annoyingly)!

I've been following a thread on MSE on this. Someone got through to the helpline and was told there's been IT issues but it will be paid 11th April.

Mine is now pending. Not in the bank that my direct debit comes out of though. Another one that I didn't even have at the time of opening. No idea how they got these details. Oh well its pending which is the main thing

Anyone got any advice about this? I haven't received my first bonus payment yet, but like op it's no longer showing in Help to Save account either...

It takes a few days but it shouldn't be too long. I've had my account for 3 years now so I can't remember exactly how long it took to go into my account, but I didn't have any issues with it. You'll get it very soon.
