Ticketmaster refund

Due to CV my cirque du soleil tickets have been cancelled and refunded.

I paid £70.05 in total. - £0.70 is itemised as a delivery charge.

I’ve had a refunded of £0.70 but not £70. I am miffed as they phone lines are closed, live chat taken off the website and I haven’t had a response to my online enquiry regarding it.

Does anyone know whether the rest will follow? Or does it sound like a mistake on their behalf?

Sounds like a data entry mistake to me. You may have to wait until contact can be made.

You may get the £70 separately. I had a concert cancelled in the summer where I had also paid for associated parking. I got the parking refunded first and the ticket a couple of days later.
