I have just received a letter informing me that they are writing off £7000+ historical debt.
There is a representation form attached. Without going into the long backstory, he is SE and has a history of enforcement action.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? I know that I'm highly unlikely to actually receive any of this money from but I'm SO annoyed that they are clearing it. Like they can't be bothered to try.....
Would this warrant legal advice?!
