Anyone else claimed back money on this?

(I posted this before but I'm new and not sure where it went.)

Says in this article millions of people who claimed money after being injured in a car crash were overcharged and can now get compensation.

I really need the money at the moment and wanted to know howlong it takes. I'm hoping if millions of people are claiming someone here can tell me how long you have to wait for the money.

You would have to prove you were overcharged. Either way, no one will be able to tell you how long it would take. Could be a year, could be 3 years 🤷🏻‍♀️

It may be a "class action" thing. Contact a reputable solicitor to enquire.

I'd guess it will be years rather than months.
