Standing orders and weekend??

My child maintenance is due to be paid to me the last day of the month but its a Saturday this month, so will it go into my bank tomorrow or Monday?? Tia x

Usually credits to your account go in earlier and debits are taken later. So I'd have thought you'd get it tomorrow

DH pays his maintenance on the 1st of the month which in March is a Sunday. It therefore won't be with his ex wife until Monday the 2nd of March. On this basis, I assume you'll get the money on Monday too.

Standing orders wont leave the originating account until the next working day so I dont think you'll get it until monday. It will not leave the originating account earlier than it is due

If its paid by standing order by your ex, it wont leave his bank until after the weekend so you will get it late.

Only in the case of things like child benefit/tax credits payments. A standing order from a private individual will go on the first working day after the weekend.
