Hi :)

So I received a letter back in December from them stating I never told them my child had started school in 2019 ? Erm that is because he started in 2018. Obviously at that time I changed from nursery to the school before and after school club and it had been recorded as that since then. Spoke on phone said yep that is fine I will close this enquiry down.....................Then get a letter in February saying I have to have an interview because I didn't respond to the previous letter ?! Interview was due for Friday but I rang today to ask something and she done it there and then asked name of childcare and cost that was it !!! Said ok that's fine I will close this enquiry down ! (which is what they said last time). I said shall I just send you all my invoices etc and she said no there is no need.

Now since getting letter this month ive collated and marked everything ready to send. My question is shall I just send it anyway ?!? can it do any harm. I mean they've said its closed but they said that last time (incompetent).

Shall I just send them invoices anyway along with letter from childcare.

PS - all figures add up to exactly what I had estimated anyway, I just want to send so I don't get anymore letters. How do I know I wont get another one saying I didn't respond !
