Advice on CSA for multiply children

I'm just looking for a bit of advice regarding ex on paying CSA.
He's got three different children to three different women, myself being the first one yippee, he has now just left the third one.
He pays me £365 per months (private arrangement) but he hasn't paid me for Jan & Feb. I just want to know whether the CSA depend on how many children he has? None of his children live him & he sees my DD who 11 every other weekend & 3/4 week maybe in the holidays.

Thanks in advance
K x

Yes they work out the payments based on how many children he has/live with him. Use the CMS calculator to see how much he should be paying.

I'm afraid what he pays you will go down. The money he is required to pay is now split equally between all three children - it doesn't make a difference if your child is the first or last child. An example; if he earns £50,000 per year, he will be required to pay £175 per week in child maintenance. That £175 will now be divided by 3 children so £58.33 per week to each child. Best go through the CMS from now on.
