Creation !!

Has anyone on here ever used creation finance?
Placed an order with dreams on finance as it was cheap and worked out easier for me no problems Looked at the reviews and they are terrible!! Trying to call and say I'm not going to go through with it and like all the reviews say they never answer the phone!
I thought it would be a good company of DREAMS are partnered with them!! So 😟 worries 😕😕

I have used them via P C World and never had any problems. The online portal is fab, I cleared the account over the interest free period, had no problems at all with them.

Really? Is it worth keeping my order then? I saw the reviews on here - uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.creation.co.uk
If you read them you'll see why I'm a bit worried, have you ever got through to them on the phone if needed?

Hi I've been with them a few years for a sofa from dfs, been in touch to change address, names and bank details. Really don't have to contact them much but they've always been fine so I wouldn't stop you getting the bed you want! Just keep up with your payments and no worries

Oh okay fair enough, I can never get through to them and they haven't replied to any email I've sent! It's a risk but I need a bed 😅
