Hi, I would like to make a will. I am a single mum with a 4 year old daughter and don't have a will. I don't have much, I don't own a property for example, but I have 4 company pensions that altogether are about £60,000 and I want to make sure that in the event of my death, all the money goes to my daughter. The problem is that I can't afford a Solicitor. Can anyone recommend a free will writing service online that I could use please? Thank you.

We did ours via MacMillans website. You might want to speak to your pension providers too...dependants pension is sometimes down to the discretion of the pension trustees.

Pensions usually fall outside the will. And honestly, DIY wills are a big risk. You'll get people on here saying they're happy with theirs but, well, they're not dead yet. Perhaps you could use Will Aid?

Thank you both very much for your advice. I'm looking into will aid and am hoping to set an appointment with a solicitor, its through the charity Mind. Ill look at the MacMillans website too.
