I'm so. Confused with studio, I've never had such bad customer service ever.
Brought a microwave 6th November, but 18th December it was broke, not heating the food at all.
Rang multiple times, every time they claimed they had arranged a courier to collect the item, the courier never arrives.

This went on and on until yesterday when I rang and kicked up a stink, they said they would credit my account the refund.

But I don't want my account credited, I want it back in my bank account.
I don't want to spend money with them again!!

Anyone else had bad experience from studio?

Yes! The service is terrible and they say the courier thing time and time again.

Send an email to the email address on this link, or give the number a call. Explain what’s happened and that you’ll report to FCA as you’re not happy- they’ll get it handled for you in no time at all. This is the only email I found for UK based contact.
