I'm so. Confused with studio, I've never had such bad customer service ever.
Brought a microwave 6th November, but 18th December it was broke, not heating the food at all.
Rang multiple times, every time they claimed they had arranged a courier to collect the item, the courier never arrives.
This went on and on until yesterday when I rang and kicked up a stink, they said they would credit my account the refund.
But I don't want my account credited, I want it back in my bank account.
I don't want to spend money with them again!!
Anyone else had bad experience from studio?
