I booked flights through Opodo (I know, I wish I had read to reviews earlier) next April and they have just been cancelled by the airline. The alternatives offered don’t suit and they have agreed to give me a full refund. Unfortunately they are saying this can take up to 90 days to get the money back in my account?! I need the money so I can rebook my flights with someone else. Does anyone have any experience of this or know how I can speed the process up? I’m really upset that I might not be able to book my flights in time and by then the price will have gone up considerably. TIA.
