Maternity leave

Hi,
Has anyone taken maternity leave and then not gone back?
Do you have to pay back 100% of everything you have been paid during Mat leave? As in the contributions from your employer plus statutory mat pay?

Smp is not repayable , employer enhanced pay can be if stated upfront and conditional upon you returning for a period such as 3 months. You also accrue holiday.
