Hi I was wondering how people have overcome their financial mistakes ? I sold a house a couple of years ago thinking I would rejoin the property ladder in a year or two. However I did not understand that my mortgage term would not be the same and would have to borrow more to effectively stay around the same place?
Anyone gone through this ?
