Odd question but has the keyboard disappeared for anyone else in the Lloyds app?

I can open the page to make a payment but there is then no keyboard to type in the amount.

It’s driving me insane, same problem yesterday and I’ve logged in and out repeatedly!

When you click into the amount box does the keyboard appear?

No. It’s also not on the screen to type in the search bar for the person but I can select them by manually scrolling through the list.

I’m trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling because I’m rubbish at remembering any of the login details but fear it’s inevitable!

Have you contacted them? DH had a similar issue and called up. Advisor said it was a known fault and told him what to do. Sorted.

Closing everything running in the background and a software update did the job in the end!
