Not sure if anyone can assist me with this, but I logged into the HMRC app this evening to check my Child Tax Credit and, according to the Form Tracker, I submitted a form or letter on 3 December (please see attachment). However, I have neither sent anything to nor received anything from HMRC recently! I am so confused by this, it's really stressing me out...has anyone here experienced anything similar? Could it just be a technical issue?
