Can anyone recommend please? Looking for something I can input my bank transactions into and categorise, show charts, financial position etc for home.

Have a look at opening a Monzo bank account. It's an online account but is fab. It gives you a notification every time you spend, and will split your monthly spend into categories (eg Transport, Groceries, Eating Out etc) so you can see exactly what your spending and where.
