Has any one had any dealings with this team recently please statutory payments disputes team?
I was made redundant just as my baby(now 8 weeks) was born. The company is on its bum and no longer trading and he has not paid me lots of money he’s owes . This is all going too tribunal . He is also showing as active still on company house so can’t go through the government insolvent team .
I have had to go too statutory payments disputes team too try and claim my maternity pay this way , what I should of been paid through my employer.
My question is , how long do they take too process these applications . It has currently been with them 7 weeks and they seem too be moving so slowly as they will tell you what date they are working on , but that as helpful as they get . They will not give me an estimated date . I am wondering am I going too have any luck getting this payment before Christmas .
Has any one been in a similar situation please and how long did it take to process ?
