Hello - can anyone recommend an online will writing company that you have used? Thanks!

I would never ever recommend using an online will writing company. A Will needs to be written individually by a professional who will ask all the right questions which are relevant to your circumstances.

Chech out www.ipw.org.uk for further information.

Don't go there.

Pls don't do an online Will and DEFINITELY don't do a homemade one - a Will is such an important document. Not having the right thing can cause your loved ones a lot of problems, and cost them a lot of money. You really need to talk to someone face to face about your personal situation, your assets and what you want to happen. Try calling round local solicitors and asking if any do fixed price Wills.

I also would suggest not doing an online will. I thought about going down this route sometime ago, mainly for the convenience and am really glad that we went to a solicitor instead. The will process can complex sometimes and with this you will need legal advice or clarification. Ring around solicitors and get it done properly.
