I can't believe this has been going for nearly a year! I feel rather emotional Blush

I'll pop the list up in a second for any newcomers.

Here's to a fantastic December, and bolstered bank balances for January!

I’ve either had 2 calls in an hour or a constant stream so not really had the change to ease myself in

toastytea · 20/12/2019 10:59

Oh wow, everyone still getting neevo calls. Wonder what I did wrongConfusedBlush

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 10:59

I'm sure you're fine @StudentHelp, I've never known it this quiet though! I haven't done that many hours as an agent either, maybe about 11 so far. Was hoping to get to 13 before it all comes to an end today. I'm really chuffed with the Neevo work and have done well since I joined them a couple of weeks ago. I hope they have more projects come up for us. There are some scripts I prefer to others. There are a couple that I see and I think "oh no, I hate this one!" Grin

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 11:01

I’ve done 2 calls in 15 minutes today!

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 11:01

I never find it’s quiet when everyone else says it is, maybe that’s why I’m so busy Grin

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 11:03

In the last 6 hours I’ve done over 30 calls so around one every 10-12 minutes.

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 11:21

Yayyy!! I've had a couple of calls.

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 11:28

@catatemyhomework
That's great! I lost one whilst reading the script so maybe you got one of mine

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 11:42

@Studenthelp, I've done that a few time too! Grin

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 11:50

@Catatemyhomework
It just happened to me again, I had less than a minute and it asked me to provide 4 addresses (which I was in the process of making up) by which point it went off screen.

I hope I’m not penalised for that.

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 12:02

@StudentHelp, I hate that one! I always dread it coming up. I do now have 4 addresses ready just in case! Grin

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 12:06

@Catatemyhomework
I’ve never had that script before until today where I missed it twice Grin
My favourite is the rewards one, I made an elaborate scheme to stretch out the call and it was quite fun really and now I just tweak a few points each time.

@StudentHelp, there are a few tricky ones I think that don't make much sense either as a customer or an agent! Grin I know what you mean though, some of them are quite easy to embellish. I have to be careful though that I don't go OTT and confuse the person I'm talking too! Grin

@mumofone2019 phase two is just live work now the only next stage you could go to would be shifts etc.. They send you an email with all the work that you have done on like the 12th of the month for the previous month and then you have to invoice them either using the template on the wiki or via PayPal x

MoreMoneyPlease · 20/12/2019 12:59

Does anyone actually know what we're doing the Neevo calls for? At first I thought I was speaking to real customer service staff and we were helping them improve. But now I know both agents and customers aren't real, I have no idea what the propose of the calls are!! I'm not complaining in case any Neevo staff are reading this (I love Neevo!), just curious!!

MoreMoneyPlease · 20/12/2019 13:01

*purpose of the calls (butterfingers!)

SNISR · 20/12/2019 13:56

@toastytea same. Ive not had anything from neevo for a week now.

ZetaPuppis · 20/12/2019 14:08

@mumofone2019 well done!
Can I ask you a couple of questions please? How long did it take and how many items a day we’re you completing? I did my first few today and got timed out of one because I took too long Blush
It was a bit odd with acronyms I was trying to look up.

Still no crisp payment via bank transfer 😩. Was hoping for it to be today 😢

amd4578 · 20/12/2019 15:08

@mumofone2019 some time s it's hard as you can have an absolutely disgusting post and can be quite unsettling to read but unless it directly effects the company that you are doing it for then it goes under no risk which always feels wrong, but they say if there is a different risk in the post it will just regenerate in a different question.
