I can't believe this has been going for nearly a year! I feel rather emotional Blush

I'll pop the list up in a second for any newcomers.

Here's to a fantastic December, and bolstered bank balances for January!

@Catatemyhomework no, I was on my 5th one and the call dropped. I think maybe signal got lost somewhere. Anyway after that, it said there were no more left 😫I'm wondering if I got negative feedback and that's why I've got none left?! Thought i was doing well tho up until that dodge call. Was being a customer not an agent.

amd4578 · 19/12/2019 16:46

When does Crisp money normally go into the bank?

thanks

amd4578 · 19/12/2019 16:55

sorry have just found the answer up-thread. A bit of advice i will give to the new crisper.. i have only been doing it a month but make sure you do take lots of breaks etc as if you stay on it for hours you do lose your concentration and can make some big errors like i did. Now taking it much more slowly on there and will just naturally gain speed to earn more.

Catatemyhomework · 19/12/2019 17:05

@toastytea, you could try emailing them to ask what's happened. They might be having some technical problems. I'm sure you haven't been kicked off. It could just be a glitch with the system. They're very good at replying to emails. I always message the person who sent me the most recent email for that particular task as I assume they are probably the project manager.

toastytea · 19/12/2019 17:17

@Catatemyhomework thanks, I have emailed! Hoping i wasn't just awful at the task! I felt like my acting was great 🤣

AdaShelby · 19/12/2019 17:22

@amd4578 how do you know if you're making mistakes on crisp?

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 19/12/2019 19:53

If anyone hasn't signed up to Gener8 yet they are planning to scale up in January as they have now started selling ad space. So far i have earned £25 in Amazon gift cards and donated £5 to Mind. I also have approx £130 worth of points left so can't wait until they enable the 'cash out' option.

refer.gener8ads.com/r/JFQKos if you want 10 free tokens (about £1)

StudentHelp · 19/12/2019 20:22

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock
Where did you find out that they're scaling up and allowing us to cash out?
I hope they do as I can''t seem to get any vouchers (had £10 in the very beginning and now nothing) so I've been neglecting my laptop - I have about £50 worth currently. If they're definitely allowing a cash out, I'll try and earn a bit more these coming weeks.

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 19/12/2019 20:36

@studenthelp they emailed me. It's also in their blog here -mgener8ads.com/a-massive-thank-you-for-2019-whats-next-in-2020/

StudentHelp · 19/12/2019 20:43

@Spock
Just checked and I also got the email! That's great news, I wonder what the 'exchange rate' from tokens to pounds/pence will be.

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 19/12/2019 20:47

They reckon 10 tokens is £1 at the moment. Could change though!

StudentHelp · 19/12/2019 23:14

I thought that was too good to be true for actual cash rewards but we’ll see!

Just done the robot task Grin

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 09:29

Think it's the final day today on neevo if any of you are an agent or a caller.

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 09:41

Hello @Frenchdoors1, been waiting since 9 and no calls yet!

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 09:44

Hi there
@Catatemyhomework

Same here Smile

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 09:47

@Frenchdoors1, Glad it's not just me then! Smile I just messaged them to tell them.

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 09:49

@Catatemyhomework
I think they'll ask us if we can stay on because they aren't quite finished are they!

Catatemyhomework · 20/12/2019 09:51

@Frenchdoors1, I will give it a couple of hours I think. I just feel bad putting in a timesheet for 0 calls. That message we got earlier, I don't get that displayed on my screen when I get a call do you?

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 09:56

@Catatemyhomework
I don't get that message either!

amd4578 · 20/12/2019 10:24

@AdaShelby they will message you privately in slack on any mistakes you have made :) does the crisp money normally go in over night or a random point today?

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 10:28

@Frenchdoors1 @Catatemyhomework
I also don’t get that message. I’m aiming to do 3 hours today to round my pay up to £100 Grin which seems a bit pathetic but that’s all I’ve managed with being busy.

Strangely though, whenever people on this thread say it is quiet, I’m often getting constant calls with no break between.

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 10:36

@StudentHelp
I've had calls where I've finished the call, then immediately it rings again, one after the other (no good if you panic though)

StudentHelp · 20/12/2019 10:42

@Frenchdoors
I did 12 in 90 minutes which was really hard. By the time I’d checked they’d read the script and we had the same one then completed the task and filled in the feedback, I immediately had another call, it was relentless and I had to have a few days break after doing 3 hours that day.

I’m getting better now at making the calls longer Grin I do think I’m sometimes a bit quick for the customers as I just ask if they’ve read it etc and then if they’re happy to start as I know some will want to get them done ASAP and may have been in the queue ages. I hope I’m not the terrible agent someone mentioned up thread Grin

Frenchdoors1 · 20/12/2019 10:50

I've done loads but I've done this line of work before and I'm very chatty and not short for words.

Been informed to try again later as it is quiet.
