I can't believe this has been going for nearly a year! I feel rather emotional Blush

I'll pop the list up in a second for any newcomers.

Here's to a fantastic December, and bolstered bank balances for January!

I did some Neevo calls today but I’m pretty sure a lot of them were less than 4 minutes! Does that mean they’re not counted?

ZetaPuppis · 18/12/2019 17:25

@YourOpinionIsNoted I think we all felt like that. Have you found out? Good luck.

Not yet, @ZetaPuppis, been obsessively refreshing my emails since this afternoon.

Whatsmyname2019 · 18/12/2019 19:27

@mumofone2019 I just done my first hour in monitoring! I didn’t have any unsure button which I thought there would be? I never thought to send items through for clarification so thanks for that

Buster27 · 18/12/2019 20:48

@2under2survivor I had a pretty much identical experience with Crisp (same item kept coming up, I was unsure of it and emailed only to discover I'd been repeatedly marking it incorrectly). Happy to report back that they didn't fire me and still let me loose in the live system Grin

Buster27 · 18/12/2019 20:50

I've been struggling to put in as many hours as I'd have liked this month, but my monthly total is ticking away nicely. I finish work on Friday so hopefully will still get some £££ made at the end of the month (though I'm also looking forward to some relaxing over Christmas!).

Yugi · 18/12/2019 21:52

Whatsmyname2019. I asked about the unsure button, you don’t get it in phase 1

@Yugi @mumofone2019 phew thank you it’s all so new, excited though

Madre77 · 19/12/2019 00:15

So sick of failing these impossible appen testsAngry

Misskitty86 · 19/12/2019 06:10

Just finished my first batch of tasks on Neevo - just wondering how often new tasks usually become available to do? thanks ladies :)

SNISR · 19/12/2019 07:58

Is neevo quiet for everyone else too? I had lots of tasks on it last week, but had nothing come through this week.

Frenchdoors1 · 19/12/2019 08:08

@SNISR
Different areas get diff tasks, it all depends what accents they need.

Frenchdoors1 · 19/12/2019 08:10

@SNISR
Also, I have not had some of the quick validation ones where as other people have and vice-versa.
You won't get everything!

Frenchdoors1 · 19/12/2019 08:17

@SNISR

I've PMd you :)

Bemystarlord · 19/12/2019 08:29

@SNISR Neevo quiet for me too. Seems to come in waves. Like neevo its nice and straightforward:)

MoreMoneyPlease · 19/12/2019 08:43

@SNISR I love Neevo too; had a busy day on it yesterday but no more tasks now. I'd love to just do Neevo!

Catatemyhomework · 19/12/2019 09:08

I've been really busy on Neevo this last couple of weeks, did 25 customer calls yesterday and working as an agent today. Although I have nothing with Appen, haven't heard from Crisp and waiting for some stuff from isoftstone so Neevo has been my life line! @MoreMoneyPlease, I would love to just do Neevo too! Grin

ZetaPuppis · 19/12/2019 09:47

Can any of the Neevo people tell me what happens with calls that were less than 4 mins? It was my first time doing it yesterday and really just followed the agents lead.

Catatemyhomework · 19/12/2019 09:52

@ZetaPuppis, I wouldn't worry, it will be fine. I some super quick agents yesterday too who just read from the script. I try and pad it out but there's only so much you can embelish. You just need to take your lead from them. When I'm being an agent, I try and speak more slowly and try and elaborate a bit.

Catatemyhomework · 19/12/2019 09:54

By the way, I got paid for all of the last batch of Telco calls I did and I'm sure most of them weren't 4-5 minutes long.

seizethecuttlefish · 19/12/2019 09:55

How long after you got all your other Crisp stuff did you get your log ins? I know it says up to 7 business days, so that's Christmas for me but just wondering. I have everything else, just missing log ins

ZetaPuppis · 19/12/2019 09:58

@Catatemyhomework thanks. When I checked back on my phone, some of them were only 2 mins. They were the ones where the agent just read from the script.
Anyway, fingers crossed.

Catatemyhomework · 19/12/2019 10:03

It's not your fault. Don't worry, you will get paid I'm sure. I had an agent yesterday who read everything straight from the script, even the bits where you're supposed to insert your own made up examples and he struggled with it. I found that I was helping him out and often had to pick up the script further down where he left bits out or got bits wrong. He was a rubbish agent! Grin
