I did 2 calls this morning, very sorry if anyone is on this thread as one of the scenarios was hard and I got a bit tongue tied. Feel like a rubbish agent, hopefully I’m a better vet

I had a tricky one as the customer too. I have one left to complete but my neevo has frozen!

I am just about to crack on with the Neevo validation task. I did 500 yesterday evening but really want to get loads done.

I did just over 14,000 on the last lot over about 6 days but some days I hardly did any. I worked out I can do between 500 and 600 an hour so will really hit them the rest of today and then as many days as I can. I have warned DH that no housework and not a lot of cooking will be happening for a while!

Arrrghhhh anyone else having problems with neevo? My last call that ended over an hour ago has still bot been submitted and i cant do anymore whilst that one is still open and it keeps crashing when im doing validations!!

I can't even log in to Neevo atm, I tried to do the validations earlier but it said there were no tasks/all assigned and now it says the server is down

I am an agent on Neevo. Glitches on and off today! The last 2 calls were where someone didn't have a script and another where Their neevo had froze! Aaarrgghhh.

Ahh nightmare! Lets hope they get it all fixed soon.

Just missed out on a £20 survey on clickworker, was something about reading the news on their app, you had to have an iPhone

@MynameisJune you can pm me if you like. I don't know what you mean by doing it on your phone though- it has to be on a computer.

@justtheonethen that’s what I was afraid of, I’ve got chrome on my phone and logged into Crisp, everything loads but doesn’t bring up my keypad so I can’t press the enter button to move onto the next risk. I guess there isn’t a way to do it.

@StudentHelp, thanks for your replies. I replied to their email and said I'd be an agent and they haven't replied back. It's weird because they asked me if I wanted to do it and now I've said yes I haven't heard back. I don't seem to have much luck getting replies from Neevo. Glad the calls have gone well for you.

@justtheonethen thank you, my laptop has broken, I was hoping to wait until the sales to buy a new one, evidently not!

Grrrr Neevo showing 33 tasks completed when it was 578. I hope they correct that others that's time I'll never get back?! 🤬

How does neevo work? I signed up earlier but waiting for validation.
Cloudworkers have got back to me so will hopefully start with them soon.

With self employment stuff, do you have separate parts on your return for different types of work or just bug it all under the same bit? I plan to keep my records per site or type of activity but not sure how to send it to hmrc when the time comes

That happens when you’ve been kicked off due to too many mistakes - happened to me at nearly 700, it went down to 28.

They sent an email to say I’ll still be paid but won’t be allowed back onto the job
