Has anyone made any calls today on Neevo or answered any since the glitch was fixed?

Can anyone get onto the neevo phone tasks at the moment?

Just had a reply from Neevo RE submit button and been told it's a glitch they're working on it seems to be universal she says.

@lilmishap thats for updating, ive not heard back yet.

Has the calls task disappeared from anyone elses dashboard on Neevo? I'm hoping it's just a glitch due to all the problems they've been having as I haven't finished the calls as I got stuck in the queue.

@Frenchdoors1, I've tried that. It's so frustrating. I haven't finished my customer calls and sent many emails about it. Finally got a totally unrelated reply asking me to be an agent. Accepted it and now haven't heard about that either. Now the task is no longer on my dashboard. I have now sent another email. So annoying as I was actually quite enjoying it once I got over the inital anxiety and it's easy money!

I think it is on an email originally, but when I click on the link it says no more tasks. Also the actual task is no longer on my dashboard. Someone just replied to my email saying that they'll process my payments tomorrow which is not what I asked but quite useful I suppose! I'm wondering if it is robots replying to the emails. Also, just been asked if I want to be an agent again. I said yes, please send me the link to log in.

As there were a few problems today it may well be something to do with that?! Hope so.
Well. I've only taken 2 calls at the beginning of me logging on so looks like another glitch, unless people cannot log on like yourself!!

@Frenchdoors1, it is frustrating. I have just had another email asking for my phone number and that they will add me manually for the agent calls. Still no development on the customer calls.

This job is on my dashboard, I just tried to log in and it says 'No more tasks available' (on my phone)
I always log on, on my laptop because I read the script from that and record etc and I use my phone to take the calls.
Which one are you using to log on?

@Frenchdoors1, I am on a desk top. I use the computer to log on, take my calls on the phone and have written notes of prompts for the scenarios. Have pinched my daughter's revision cards for this. I had 5 different sets of names and addresses and alternated between them . Not sure how being an agent will work. I'll have to read the script and plan my scenarios very carefully!

Grrrr! submit button has now gone and I can see the next script and Enter Queue.....which doesn't work and it's telling me to finish the earlier task by clicking the submit button - which is no longer on the page because the Enter Queue button is.

I'd earn a penny or 2 if this was a bug hunt, but it isn't it's just really really annoying

@Muir23 I’m new to self-employment too, and I’ve been told to put 20% of pay aside (easy if you can do pots with your bank provider, eg Monzo) and then register as self-employed and follow the tax return guidelines online.

If you are really on the ball you’ll put extra % aside into a pension as well!

Self employment is quite easy now, I've just done my last tax return and it was so simple. I used quick books which worked out things too but actually for this tax year I'll go it alone as hmrc have made the online tax return really simple.
Before January of the next tax year you just log on, tell them the name of the business, the income and any expenses and do the same for any other businesses you have and voila, they tell you what you owe them. It takes some time to do as you have to go through questions for each type of business you have but they're all simple yes/no ones. I'm not sure if I'll separate my income into surveys and actual "work" but that's how I'll be recording info on my spreadsheet.
I used to put 30% aside to cover tax, ni and professional fees when I was a childcarer, I'll probably put aside the same again as there are some courses I want to do later on. I had savings accounts attached to my work account as well, one for tax/ni and one for my fees to keep it separate.

Nope, I can see the next script and I have the enter queue button instead of Submit, but the Enter Queue button doesn't work as I have to submit the previous task first.
No reply from message yet either.

Appeneers - do we think we'll be paid tomorrow? I've seen a lot of talk of invoices not being approved, or rejected this month. Mine has been approved since Friday so I'm hopeful, but after being paid 'late' last month I'm a bit worried :-\

For Neevo the next tasks in under 2 hrs are for' Retail Noisy'
I'm using my phone for the calls and my laptop for the script and to record etc. How do I get the background noise on aswell?

Eeeeek I’ve passed Crisp test ! Can anyone tell me can you just work as & when? If you don’t do so many hours in a week do you get booted or anything??? Thanks
