I can't believe this has been going for nearly a year! I feel rather emotional

@frenchdoors1 I passed on the 1st Oct (just checked my emails). I'm not sure if I put more than 10 but would have put no more than 20. Not sure if they go through their applicants in date order but they seem to be on a recruitment drive at the moment by the sound of things! Fingers crossed for you

@Frenchdoors1 yes that's the one. We all had the same idea so we completed it. Oh well at least we will get paid 😊

I'm so confused. So I received the customer service task on neevo. Done 2 calls for the first time but my tasks submitted says 0. I've done 2 calls so I don't understand why it's not counted it.
Is there something I'm missing?

I had the same lovely lady and I was nervous, must sound so stupid a bank/phone customer service provider who is nervous

What does it say in your work history? Mine shows as 0. Confused!

I’m working as the agent this time so I’m controlling the recording and calls. I’m paid hourly.

However, I did the task myself a few weeks ago and mine says 26

The phone calls will update. I did a few yesterday - I was the customer, and the chap said there was a little glitch and they WILL update. Shortly after I had the correct amount on that I had done.

The British English pronunication validation task seems to have gone from my available work tab in Neevo now. Also still not able to complete the calls from yesterday. I did 17 and I think it's 25 to complete the task. @Frenchdoors1, have you managed to complete your calls with Neevo yet? I think they might have finished now as it's saying there are 0 agents in the queue?

Were you trying to do as many as you could incase the task finished? Even though they said we could do up to 100.000

@Frenchdoors1 yes I did as much as I could be I did stop thinking that it would keep going. (silly me)

@rhij86 Crisp hates me too! . I took the test several times and still nothing. I'm lucky with cloudworkers and appen so maybe I'm being told to appreciate my lot

@madre77 yes I'm on 3 projects on appen which, when there is enough work (there's usually not) would be an expected 50 hours a week which is more than enough - I'm just being greedy!

I did 21 calls yesterday from 2-6, had a numb bum lol.
So, I got an email today from them saying they'll be doing them all day today and the weekend too, but when I went to get in the queue, I waited 20 mins and nothing was happening (yesterday I only waited a couple of mins for the very 1st call, then the calls after that)
So, I imagine i am on at 2pm.

@rhij86 no and I don't remember what I put down for hours. C'est la vie! Nothing I can do about it. Just have to hope.

I signed up with neevo and did some of the pronunciation task but not sure about the phone calls can someone tell me what it involves please

@Frenchdoors1, I had the same, did 17 yesterday, but then had to do something else and left the queue. When I re-joined the queue, I remained 4th in the queue and never got called, so not sure if I've somehow disappeared from the system as being active? I instant messaged them but not heard anything. Yesterday I had a constant stream of calls as soon as I signed in until I signed off. @Whatsmyname2019, the phone calls are quite fun actually. I was nervous to start with but the representative puts you at ease. In fact mine were all really chatty, too chatty in fact, I just wanted to get the calls done and move on to the next one! . You get a script of what to say for a given scenario and it's up to you what you say as long as you fulfill the script guidelines. Also ypou give fake personal details, so make up addresses, phone numbers, etc. I used the randon name generator!

I passed Crisp in early Sep, heard nothing since. I've got plenty of Appen work but it gets very tedious so nice to mix it up with other stuff. I'm still able to do some verification tasks on Neevo (the ones we recorded a few weeks ago) but nothing else.

@StudentHelp so are you playing the role of the insurance/bank customer service employee? I thought we were helping real new employees practise!

@Catatemyhomework Yes, some of mine were really chatty. I was thinking, 'Come on, hurry up - time is money!!'

Thanks Cat I might give it ago then. For those waiting on Crisp I did the test at the end of June, so nearly 6months

NEEVO recording tasks, completed 130 yesterday but today it says 13 complete...

@MoreMoneyPlease . Everything seems to have dried up now. Can't get back onto Neevo calls, lost the pronuniciation validation task, waiting to hear from Crisp and waiting to qualify for Appen projects. I have applied for so many, I've forgotten which ones I applied for. Everyday in my inbox is a surprise!

I was thinking the same on the calls, I was having a laugh with some of the agents but also thinking that I wanted to get as many done as possible, hence the 4 I have left to do.

@StudentHelp Sorry, another question - how do you call the 'customers' on the Neevo calls? Are you having to pay for the call?
