Re Crisp. For me it was 19/20. It might be demographic based on location (from up address) or just random. Who knows.

No I'm waiting for their response. I hope my Govt issued work ID might be good enough along with my expired passport.

I will renew my passport soon (I had forgotten about Payoneer) but prefer not to pay a extra £100 if possible. It's already extortionate.

Woo hoo. This month is the first month I am attacking this seriously. Appen has just accepted my invoice for tre task. It is so boring I didn't know if I could stick with it but that payment has spurned me on. I need 2k so I'm on it. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

@MoreMoneyPlease I think that depends entirely on your choice of payment method. They pay to payoneer (no fees deducted) then payoneer send on to you, with fees deducted depending on your payment method.

I have it set up to send to my paypal account as a payment in dollars not GBP and they do not deduct any fees. I then withdraw to my bank account, and again no fees, just paypals exchange rate.

I know some people who do have fees deducted. From what I can tell I think they get it sent from payoneer to paypal in £. On payoneers site it says they charge a fee to convert to another currency.

How long does it take for the appen payment to come through after they've verified your invoice? Thanks

When we are in the customer service task on neevo, do we have to stay on the website to receive a call? Been in queue for the past 10 mins but not had anything come through.

@Frenchdoors, did you manage to complete your Neevo calls? I am still stuck in a queue with 0 agents. I was in this situation all afternoon yesterday.

@BlackCatFan payment seems to vary between 10th-14th of the month.

Payoneer take a $3 cut and the exchange rate isn't brill but it's ok.

@BlackCatFan payments are usually made on the 14th. This month my projects all say it will be Friday 13th. Last month a couple of us had issues with payment (myself included), it seemed there were delays. I was supposed to be paid on a thursday and got it the following Tuesday.

@BlackCatFan The dates are normal on the invoice/billing section of your invoice. Apparently we are getting paid on Friday 13th this month. It’s generally a bit earlier I think.

Mine has been approved which is a great relief as it’s the first time I’ve had to track my time properly. (I used Toggl)
