Hi, my partner currently lives a couple of hundred miles away. I work and take home just over £1100 a month and get universal credit to top this up. If my partner quit his job to move to me and I added him to my claim would we be sanctioned? This would only be until he found a job here then we probably wouldn’t be entitled to anything.
