So I’ve been saving for a mortgage for a while and I’ve got £9k squirrel ed away now. I am still £5k short and was wondering if anyone had any creative ideas to make some quick cash (not get rich quick schemes or anything silly)
I work full time and do tutoring as a side line so another job would likely be difficult but I was wondering if anyone had any success with any thing?
I can’t take a loan out as it will show on my credit score and hinder my mortgage application and my family don’t have enough to help me out and I don’t know anyone rich or kind enough to loan me the money - even with a proper contract written up!
It would be so great if I could buy this house sooner rather than later - I’ve recently left a partner who lets just say wasn’t great and am now stuck paying rent etc. A mortgage would save me a great deal of money on a monthly basis.
Any genuine ideas would be really appreciated.
