Help to Buy ISA

Matilda2013 · 25/10/2019 00:11

I'm considering opening a help to buy ISA before the deadline next month and would be classed as a first time buyer. However, if you look to buy a house with someone who has previously owned can you still use your ISA with them on the mortgage?
Thanks for any advice

Our solicitors sorted it all out at the time of completion it was really straight forward, the government bonus paid for our land tax and solicitors fees, well worth doing Smile
