Parking eye refund

Think I've screwed myself. I got a parking eye ticket, and paid it before appealing so I didn't lose the early payment discount. Just had my fine cancelled on appeal, but do I have any chance of getting the money back from parking eye?

Why would you appeal for a parking ticket after you had paid it. You still get the early payment discount if your appeal is denied. I would try and get the money back, but don't hold your breath.

Yes they still have to give you the 14 days discount payment terms. Do you have a telephone number to give them a call and explain, and see if they will issue a refund. Out of curiosity how did you get it cancelled on your appeal ?

The only number I can find for them is a automated payments line, have found an email address but not holding my breath for a response.
