So me and husband split up and he moved out. I claimed UC and I'm entitled to £251 a month. He has recently moved back in to the property but were aren't together. Can I still claim this?

I think you would have to send plenty of evidence to the DWP to prove you are no longer a couple and that all finances are separate. Might be hard to prove but not impossible.

Yes you can but you have to prove to them that you are separated.

When couples split it is often hard for one to move out straight away especially when children are involved
