I've just received a text message, apparently from EE, telling me that they were unable to process my last bill.

It was only when I got to the page that asked for card details, full name and address and mother's maiden name, that I took a look at the website.
Obviously, I'm changing my password on the app I've already got on my phone, but fuck it!
I thought I was savvier than that.
