Hi there...need to take out a new Policy for Life Insurance & the options are mind boggling..any tips for where to start?? TYIA.

Starting point is to establish what you need it for (so what risks are you wanting to insure against) and for how long. Talking to a broker or financial adviser (I am one) will help you clarify your objectives. Then look at what level of cover you need and what you can realistically afford. Your age, health and lifestyle factors will affect the cost of premiums. A broker would then source the best deal to meet your needs from the array of insurance companies and help you through the application and underwriting processes.
