Monzo - cannot activate new card

Every time I click on 'activate card' a screen flashes up and then the app crashes. I use a Blackberry KeyOne [android].

Anyone know what this problem is and how I get round it? I have reinstalled, to no avail. I am currently moving my account to Monzo, but if I can't use my card, I'll run out of time to stop the transfer [if it's not too late already?]

I'd speak to them on their webchat- it could be a bug and they're usually pretty quick at fixing stuff like that :)

Gave up on chat in the end, as it went very quiet!

I ended up uninstalling monzo; restarting my phone; and then reinstalling Monzo [for the second time]. Card is now activated!
