Anyone used "Look after my bills"??

I keep seeing this advertised on fb. On the face of it I like the idea of someone doing the work for me but it does seem too good to be true!

Has anyone used them?

I switched recently with these guys and they supposedly got me a cheaper deal. Although the first month I have used more than my direct debut is for. So it isn't looking good for the colder months.

I had a massive heater in the house for a week because of a flood. so I am hoping that has set my usage up. I will be keeping a close eye on it. That is for sure.
