Kids saving accounts

My baby due in 3 weeks and I really want to to set up a savings account for her, what's the best account out atm to do this or any advise?

I've set up Stocks & Shares junior ISA's via AJ Bell, however this would give access at 18. The children can have access is something to think about

or your bank should offer a range of children's savings accounts as well
