Hello I'm a in a situation where I need to find a house I am unable to find a private let as I don't earn enough money and can use no-one as a guarantor
I thought I found a private let however I was just let down
Do you think it's best to put a application in for a council place and try and stay where I am
Or should I wait till the baby is here to get things sorted out
It's affecting my health as I have a lot of pressure from other family members who are struggling to understand the situation and don't know what to do?
Has anyone got any tips would be great if you do

Go and talk to the housing department at your council. The situation varies around the country but sometimes they can help with deposits, some places still have decent council housing availability (not immediately but in a few months) whereas some parts of the country neither apply
