If you have had a positive experience with any PPI company could you please give me their name?
I definitely need to make a claim but don't know where to start!

Do it yourself through the gov uk website. We did that and got over 3k, it’s easy as pie, otherwise you’re giving away a chunk of that money to a company

moneysavingexpert.com tells you everything you need to do it yourself, using a claims company means you lose a big chunk in commission. You only have a few days left to claim, get your letter in quick or if it is your bank, you can ring them to put in a claim.

We used Reclaim PPI . They were fast and efficient and only charge 10% .
Everything is done online . They also found some for my daughter after she'd already tried and failed.

I haven't done it as I have no idea what loans etc I had years ago but I had lots.

So I wasn't sure if I could still send letters in. As have also have multiple addresses.

Moneysavingexpert.com have a site that does everything for you after you input the details for free called Resolver. Don't lose out by having to pay a chunk of any refunds to claims companies. It takes about 10 minutes per claim.

I went on the lenders websites, most have an online form.

No way I’d pay a firm to do it.

Another vote for DIY with the forms on moneysaving expert.

I got refunds on loans going back 30 years (that I had not realised had PPI hidden in them)
