Question for landlords

Roobear23 · 02/08/2019 20:07

From what I understand a landlord's insurance may prevent them from letting a property to someone in receipt of benefits.

I was wondering if this is still the case if a person is employed part time and also receiving benefits.

I am currently living with family and looking for work so wondered if it is worth waiting until I find a job before I move (either way I will be looking for somewhere cheap!).

Thanks in advance Smile

Usually landlords insurance isn't valid for tenants on benefits. They want to see a credit check.
