So my pipes to my airing cupboard has leaked a vast amount of water onto my carpet
Letting agency said landlord won't replace as they were new when I moved in
Carpets smell of damp
They initially said they would send a carpet cleaner now they are saying as it was due to ' condensation ' they are not sending a cleaner
Where do I stand ?
