Let's try not to fill this one up too quickly Grin

I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet Grin

All new joiners are welcome Smile

Hello everyone Smile

Had a fairly productive morning so far, I got up early and did around an hour and a half of Cloudworkers before baby got up.

I've also started making a vertical garden (to keep plants out of the way of the chickens) - I've planted some veg, lots of basil, kale and cauliflower Grin the hope is that I can keep adding to it so I never have to buy veggies again and I can just grow my own Grin
I'm excited about the idea of this, as a vegetarian family it will save us a fortune, providing I don't kill them all of course Confused

Just done a little bit of matched betting, need to check emails for reload offers etc and entertaining the baby. Phew, I'm exhausted already.

TheLolaMontez · 02/07/2019 11:32

No sign of the fletcher appen invoice yet which is a little concerning Hmm

CatHopeful · 02/07/2019 11:41

@m00rfarm It's not exactly spelt out is it? A lot of what I have picked up has come from delving about in the Wiki, which of itself is rather sprawling.

I'm not not doing loads. Half an hour here and there. No Klipfolio yet, so no idea on any earnings.

I think the straight up repeated content is actually different users retweeting.

I was told that training data is reviewed after 7 business days, so I'm assuming next week sometime to be able to access the moderation queue.

I feel like I need a support group for all of this, it's less straightforward than the training had me believe Blush

GrandCannon · 02/07/2019 11:47

I passed the Crisp assessment too and I'm waiting for all the links. I am a bit daunted by what to expect, is it completely different to the training and Versal guides?

justtheonethen · 02/07/2019 11:49

My monitoring has an unsure tag. Maybe because it's training data?

justtheonethen · 02/07/2019 12:02

@GrandCannon I don't think it is any different. Slightly different layout but not dramatically.

whatthewhatthewhat · 02/07/2019 12:04

@CatHopeful someone should set up a WhatsApp group!

m00rfarm · 02/07/2019 12:20

@justtheonethen - could you screen shot the bit of the page where you see unsure as I have absolutely nothing. Sometimes the Mac will see things differently but I am not sure what I am looking for! Many thanks :)

anxiouswaiting · 02/07/2019 12:38

Yay just had an e-mail about my Crisp test, I passed Grin

BlockRockinBeats · 02/07/2019 12:52

@MrsGaryLightbody Yes Shoppix is similar to ReceiptHog. I looked at ReceiptHog but it didn't seem as good, cannot remember why though!

You can upload online shopping receipts to Shoppix and they don't just have to food related. I print out my eBay and Amazon online receipts for stuff I have bought online (after getting cashback from Quidco first, as course!). i have also uploaded receipts from purchases on JDSports, George at Asda, and M&S. So, you don't have to go out spending to get receipts! I have nabbed a few random receipts found lying around, too!

@Ferrero83 I will have a look at Ziffit for flogging my books, thanks.

Fellow, Crispers...I keep hearing people saying they have 'escalated' some items, does this happen when you click 'unsure'? I have been assuming so, and hope I have been doing it right. Also, does anyone make a log of their 'unsure' items to email to Crisp mods for feedback on what they have done with it? I haven't done so far because it seems such a ball ache. What is the easiest way to do it? Do you take a screenshot? i am going to sound really daft here...but how do you take a screenshot using a Chrome on the laptop and where does it save to???? I am so used to using my ipad for screenshots that I have never done it on a laptop. Can anyone teach me how...simply?!?!

Also, does anyone hate the LEGO items on Crisp? I find them soooooo complicated and dread them as they take aaaaages! I hate all the child related, cartoon ones. I struggle to get in that mindset. My kids are teenagers and I feel too old and out of touch. Aargh. I find it all very interesting and educational though. Keeps you very uptodate with current issues of the day.

This Cloudworkers sounds more interesting the more I read. Not all rude stuff by the sound of it. What are the minimum hours you could get away with per day / week? I am often up past midnight due to bodyclock issues so I could do an hour or two at midnight, which I assume is a busy time? Any advice?

@justtheonethen Awww! I love your reasons for being on here. How amazing. Best wishes for your future IVF treatment. I really hope you reach your goals.

Finally, another massive thank you from me to @Otterses !!! These threads have been a life saver for me too. I have a chronic illness that means I am unable to work a 9-5 job as I spent half the week in bed and never know which days I will be well enough to work. I can only do bits in fits and starts as I need to stop for rests. So, stuff like Crisp and Matched Betting are PERFECT as I can pop in as and when I feel well enough.

I LOVE THESE THREADS! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR SHARING TIPS AND KEEPING US MOTIVATED

TheLolaMontez · 02/07/2019 12:56

Just incase anyone hasn't yet - my referral link to sign up to TopCashBack :

www.topcashback.co.uk/ref/jenmoz92

We will both get a little bonus for new sign ups - well worth it for bingo sites etc as you generally get your deposit back plus any winnings Smile

BlockRockinBeats · 02/07/2019 12:57

Didn't someone set up a Facebook group for Crisp and Appen help? I am sure it was mentioned on the last thread. if this did indeed happen, please can a kind poster PM a link? Cheers.

BlockRockinBeats · 02/07/2019 13:10

@TheLolaMontez Good idea about sharing referral links for other money making sites that newbies may not yet have joined. A good way for both parties to earn a bit extra.

I will jump in and share my referral link to reward site www.ohmydosh.co.uk

You will get a £1 bonus for using it. OhMyDosh rewards you in cash to either your bank of Paypal for taking up free trials to stuff like AmazonPrime, NowTV, Which? Magazine. You can also get cash for joining various bingo and slots sites. Just remember to cancel any free trials before you have to start paying. Really easy to make £100 here. I recommend it for some easy cash for newbies.

ohmydosh.co.uk/validate/referafriend/welcome/209978?keyword=referred

Shall we all take a turn in sharing ONE referral link to a good site that we like to use? We may all discover something we have not yet heard of or joined in with? Tell me to shut up @Otterses if you think this is a bad idea! i don't wish for the thread to be clogged up with loads of the same referral links, just perhaps thinking that posters could share one link each to a different website. So, for example @TheLolaMontez has shared her referral link for TCB, I have shared mine for OhMyDosh. Someone could share a different link next?

BlockRockinBeats · 02/07/2019 13:11

Sincere apologies for all the bold in my last post. Don't know what I did there. Whoops!

SeagullPoopOnYourHead · 02/07/2019 13:48

Hi, I hope it's ok for me to join. I'm a single mum, I work full time but our money never seems to stretch far enough.
Could someone explain what crisp is and how I join?
Would I have to commit a set amount of time to this or can I just do it as and when I get a moment?

BlockRockinBeats · 02/07/2019 13:58

@SeagullPoopOnYourHead Welcome!

It is Crisp Thinking. They are recruiting for people to risk assess posts made on well know companies' social media accounts. You have to flag up risks such as spam, swearing, nudity etc.

The first post in last month's thread tells you more about it with a link, I think. I have copied and pasted below.

I joined these wonderful threads in Feb so I would advise reading back through the old ones too as lots of good info to be had! Good luck!

6 Months in, and we're still going! It's the June earn £10 a day thread! http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneymatters/3600819-6-months-in-and-we-re-still-going-it-s-the-june-earn-10-a-day-thread

@SeagullPoopOnYourHead Yes, with Crisp you just work whenever you like, for however long you can. Most people do the odd half hour here and there through the day / night when they have got a little chunk of spare time. There is no commitment to work x hours per day or per week. It is great.

ZetaPuppis · 02/07/2019 14:01

Could someone tell me a little bit about Appen please? I tried to sign up but it wouldn’t accept my ‘survey’ for some reason. I must have done it about 5 times. I don’t have a current cv either to upload.
I’m not big social media user either, except for mumsnet!

Buster27 · 02/07/2019 14:21

It's been a slow start to the month for me. I complete Noyo yesterday but still waiting for a pin for Fletcher. I think I might try and do some listings on ebay as I could really do with a declutter, but I can't be bothered with the postage part!

lolaflores · 02/07/2019 16:03

I got some of the way with Appen registration but the code scan reader wasnt compatible with my smartphone.
What is cloud working?
Working in the 9 to 5 is difficult for me. Online work looks interesting.
Is the signing up bit very complicated?

anxiouswaiting · 02/07/2019 16:14

As we are sharing links can I add in my Appen link please?

I only get a reward if you work 150+ hours but if someone manages to get on a good project perhaps it will earn me a little bit.

whatthewhatthewhat · 02/07/2019 16:17

Is there an App for Slack that works on iPhone? They all seem to be google?

justtheonethen · 02/07/2019 16:24

@whatthewhatthewhat yes, this one.

Someone asked me to screenshot the 'unsure' tag. Will do but I'm having a day off!

6 months in and still going strong! It's the July earn £10 a day thread!
Blessthekids · 02/07/2019 16:25

"Keeping fingers crossed for all on the Crisp list - I don't think region means anything as they don't ask for your address for the initial test."

@reddA I think you may be right as I just took a look and they don't ask your address just your time zone which we would all share! Damn I'm beginning to think I'm cursed, I'm getting zero responses back and beyond prolific and clickworker, I'm earning pretty much nothing. Haven't been paid for Fletcher yet either. I live in hope but as there seems to be no rationale or feedback to look at, it's beyond my control so Brew.

@anxiouswaiting well done on passing!

FloofenHoofen · 02/07/2019 16:32

TheLolaMontez a couple of other people have said their Fletcher also wasn't showing on their invoice, look at the social feed on Appen too, lots of people saying they're missing hours.

Mine had updated this morning so I think everything is showing for me. I would suggest you raise a ticket via the white envelope and then select Fletcher.
