Let's try not to fill this one up too quickly Grin

I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet Grin

All new joiners are welcome Smile

Anybody having problems creatting an Appen invoice today? There are no projects for me to select.

ZetaPuppis · 01/07/2019 16:35

Yay I got 19. It actually sounds like really interesting work. I hope I get some! Thanks all of you on this thread.

jazzandh · 01/07/2019 17:11

Oh yes @Mamaslave18 it's my first month and after submitting invoice I can't start a new one. I'm hoping it will sort itself out :-)

justtheonethen · 01/07/2019 18:33

Hey newbies .

Crisp log ins came over a few days for me. The dashboard one (klipfolio) took ages but as soon as you have the trust tool log in you are good to go. I suggest you download the slack app on your phone and set notifications for 'surge' Wink

justtheonethen · 01/07/2019 18:35

Also, can I just say thank you to @Otterses for starting this. Without being too soppy this thread has made such a difference to my life, I was dreading leaving my baby to go back to work and now I'm on crisp I don't have to. So far it's paid for (on top of the usual stuff) my embryos to be stored for another year and my trip to Ibiza next month. I've started the ivf pot too. I'm truly grateful Smile

justtheonethen · 01/07/2019 18:37

Also keep trying the crisp test, there is no limit to how many times you can try! People have been accepted at 18 though.

justtheonethen · 01/07/2019 18:39

Also tip for new crispers- download the profanity ppt from the wiki and always have urban dictionary open 🤣

Blessthekids · 01/07/2019 18:46

@justtheonethen @Otterses here here.
I love your story and am so pleased for you.

Fingers crossed Crisp will come knocking soon or I get an Appen project, 9 actives!!! 😄

Bemystarlord · 01/07/2019 18:52

@Blessthekids 10 active ones here, surely one must be available soon 🤞

Has anyone done any work for Rev? If so would you recommend?

reddA · 01/07/2019 19:06

100% agree - thank you @Otterses this has been a complete life saver for me Flowers @justtheonethen that is totally the best reason ever Grin
Keeping fingers crossed for all on the Crisp list - I don't think region means anything as they don't ask for your address for the initial test.

anxiouswaiting · 01/07/2019 19:40

@Mamaslave18 @jazzandh I am having the same issue with Appen invoice. I checked on the social page and others have said they have been in contact with Appen about it and they are aware of the issue and telling people to try again in a day or 2.

Finished my Crisp training and have my login details for the test so will be giving that a go this evening if baby goes to bed (unlike last night when he was up till 1am!)

OneForTheRoadThen · 01/07/2019 19:48

Please could someone link to Crisp?

Otterses · 01/07/2019 20:15

@OneForTheRoadThen @Dillow

6 Months in, and we're still going! It's the June earn £10 a day thread! http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneymatters/3600819-6-months-in-and-we-re-still-going-it-s-the-june-earn-10-a-day-thread

First post Smile

@anxiouswaiting ughhhhh I DREAD bedtime. Hopefully you get a few hours peace tonight.

@reddA don't be daft Grin you lot have spurred me on too! It works both ways.

@justtheonethen amazing tip. I've learned so many new profanity acronyms in the last few months.

I'm having a wee cry now! It's amazing, you've worked so hard (and it's bloody hard with a baby too!) and you've achieved so much. I'm so happy this has given you the chance to stay at home with your little one, and hopefully the potential to save for an amazing future.

@MrsGaryLightbody I'd give it a go! The weather is meant to be brilliant the next few weeks, so they may sprout quite quickly . And you're not simple. You're clearly intelligent, driven, and funny. And I'm sure he left just because he's an arse.

@BlockRockinBeats Awhhhh! Your first dick pic Grin they aren't ever normal looking ones on crisp, are they? The bygone always looks quite questionable.

I'm hesitant to use the word nice, because they aren't generally 'nice' to look at.

Done my Crisp test, I thought it was really hard Blush Sad

Has anyone failed? Do they let you have another chance?

TheLolaMontez · 01/07/2019 23:19

Just done a couple of hours on the cloudworkers, it really wasn't as bad or sleazy as I expected. Some messages were crude but it's nothing too shocking, maybe I'm not easily shocked?

DH was sat next to me whilst doing it. One guy asked me to "play with my shelf" which made me laugh out loud Grin I also spoke to an 85 year old about bum play... I think I sent over 100 messages, I don't know if there's somewhere to keep a track of how many have been sent?

Not too painful and really easy money!

Bemystarlord · 01/07/2019 23:22

@TheLolaMontez if you click on stats at the top it will show you how many messages you gave sent and how many replies you have had.

TheLolaMontez · 01/07/2019 23:24

I did that but it reset (I presume it thinks it's 00:23 and a new day)?

TheLolaMontez · 01/07/2019 23:24

I didn't know if you could see total messages at all @Bemystarlord

Bemystarlord · 01/07/2019 23:30

@TheLolaMontez it should show you the daily ones on one tab and the totals on another. I seem to have spent the evening chatting with virgins about camping and movies lol 😂

TheLolaMontez · 01/07/2019 23:41

I've had a right mixed bag @Bemystarlord it's not been too grim thankfully Smile feel fairly optimistic that I'll be able to keep going with it and earn myself a little bit of money. Going to try to get up early tomorrow (before baby) and put in a couple of hours.

FloofenHoofen · 02/07/2019 10:40

Mamaslave18 everyone has had issues being able to select their project on the invoice. I'm affected too. There is a little post at the side of the projects page relating to this, they said try again today but it's still not working.

m00rfarm · 02/07/2019 10:57

another Crisp question. They keep referring to an "unsure" option but I really cannot see any options close to this on my screen when I am working on the data. Can anyone send me a screen shot of where it is. I have downloaded Chromoji and assumed that should show me what I am missing, but nothing ... thanks!

justtheonethen · 02/07/2019 11:19

@m00rfarm 'unsure' is the last option on the risk tree on the left hand side.

CatHopeful · 02/07/2019 11:27

@m00rfarm If I recall, you are the same as me and currently just working on monitoring. I don't have an unsure option either. I read in the Wiki that if you are not sure if something is a PR risk, perhaps because of context or whatever, it is crucial to escalate it (and so I assume that means flag it). Security is as I understand it a top level risk, therefore any suggestion or concern about this should always be escalated anyway - its not for us to assess the credibility of that.

At least that's how I'm approaching monitoring. I haven't been flagged yet about doing anything wrong...

...but then I was also told this was training data I was doing (although fully paid) and would be reviewed at the end of 7 working days. So I'm confused about that tbh.

I've already sent a screenshot of one sort of content as I had no idea what I was supposed to do with it. I did get a reply within about 3 to 4 hours.

HTH, a bit. I'm still finding my feet with it all and am very confused about why I can only do the monitoring work for 7 days.

m00rfarm · 02/07/2019 11:30

@CatHopeful to be honest I write a lot of training documents and user guides and I would be shot for the confusion this is causing! But I live in hope that they are happy with my work and I may get paid and allowed to move ontot he real stuff. How much are you doing?

I am still getting many repeated messages for the same risk.
