Let's try not to fill this one up too quickly Grin

I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet Grin

All new joiners are welcome Smile

Oh good God there's 34 ages I only read the first page! I'm so rubbish with forums!

FirstTim3Mummy · 22/07/2019 23:04

32 pages. Time for bed then!!! Sorry!!!

Sparklfairy · 22/07/2019 23:12

It's even better than 32 pages FirstTim3Mummy ... there's 6 more threads!! Grin

BlockRockinBeats · 23/07/2019 05:20

@FirstTim3Mummy you need to start at the very beginning. Go to the topic 'Money Matters' and you will see all our old threads entitled 'Make £10 a day' going back as far as Feb, which is when I joined in.

I only joined in February so I can really recommend the February thread to get you going. Just start reading from the old threads up to now. You will learn what things make money plus there are lots of referral links in our old threads, that will get you started.

These threads have been life changing for me and many others. We can work from home at our own pace thanks to a lot of these ideas. I find matched betting via Profit Accumulator website the most profitable. I am just getting to grips with Crisp Moderating but I am so slow at the mo!

@Otterses that link still won't work...arrgh! Please can you post it again? Sorry!

Fellow crispers....I am not the one to ask about pounds per hour as I am incredibly slow on Mod2. I prefer that to Monitoring. In my first month, I earned £25 and in my second I earned £35. So I am not setting the world on fire! I have sped up a lot since then though and i only did a few hours in the last few months for fear of making mistakes. Thankfully, nobody has contacted me about mistakes so I will just soldier on!

BlockRockinBeats · 23/07/2019 05:36

@FirstTim3Mummy No! These are NOT get rich quick scams!!!! We would never promote anything like that. From what I have read over the last five months, we seem to be women who want or need to make some money from home. A lot of women have babies / young children. Some have disabilities that prevent them working a 9-5 job (ie me).

If you start from the thread I joined in Feb, people are just getting started and signing up to things. We have all kept going since Feb and everyone has kindly shared ideas since then.

These threads have been a lifeline to many (myself included). One lady is saving up for a holiday, another is using her money to fund IVF, another is saving for her wedding, others (like me) are simply paying the bills with our fantastically earned cash!

These threads are so lovely and supportive. If you have any questions about anything, just ask, and someone will help you.

This is a wonderful community! I am proud to be part of it.

Thank you @Otterses for starting it all. You have made such a positive difference to many women's lives, mine included. You are the £10 a day guru!!!! Seriously, thanks xxxx

BlockRockinBeats · 23/07/2019 05:51

@Otterses Do you like fancy gin?

You know how you have entered zillions of competitions and won........nowt??!

Well, there was a Mumsnet thread last week asking for nominations for the Mumsnetter that deserved a bottle of fancy gin!

I nominated YOU to win a bottle, for setting up these threads and encouraging Mnetters to earn their own money from home. You are a STAR!

I REALLY hope you win. You DESERVE IT plus you NEED a competition win.

Anyone else who feels the same as me, please vote for @Otterses via the following link

justtheonethen · 23/07/2019 06:42

@FirstTim3Mummy absolutely no scams. I have an actual work from home job thanks to @Otterses. I'm the one saving for Ivf and I'm so bloody grateful. Go back and read through and you will be able to see if anything suits you.

@BlockRockinBeats done, couldn't agree more!

Tohaveandtohold · 23/07/2019 07:02

@BlockRockinBeats, done and yes I agree, she deserves a gin

AdaShelby · 23/07/2019 08:50

Ottersea for the Gin

anxiouswaiting · 23/07/2019 08:55

@BlockRockinBeats great idea, I have nominated Smile

seizethecuttlefish · 23/07/2019 10:46

Nomination done.

I've earned £5 this month but I'm hoping I've started the process for loads of stuff next month. Waiting in Crisp accepting me (massive fingers crossed for this), projects in process on Appen (hoping they move on from in progress), waiting on a reply from ModSquad, nothing showing on Appen Global, CV all updated, still not sure what to do about Cloudworkers...

Clickworker has generated next to nothing but I'll keep an eye on it. Has anyone done the song lyric task? I'm thinking that my transcription is 1:4 so a 4 minute song would take me 16 min to transcribe. At 1.5 per song that's about 5.60/hour. But not sure if they're easy enough to do?

A few of the passive earners are ticking away. Some might pay off in the next few months. Still haven't dipped my toe into matched betting....

Is anyone else finding crisp super quiet at the moment? I don't find it worth my while doing it unless there's a bit of a surge on as I only get about £5-£6 per hour and there's not been any decent ones for a while Sad have they recently taken on a lot of new people maybe?

FirstTim3Mummy · 23/07/2019 22:10

Hi @BlockRockinBeats sorry I'm a noob I don't know HOW to find the first thread, I'm on a mobile phone. Any chance of a link or sorry an idiot guide how to find it? Confused

bkaz · 23/07/2019 22:23

Hello all, has anyone got any feedback from the Appen Fletcher voice recording project and do we have to wait before invoicing? Thanks

Shinypinkbow · 23/07/2019 22:27

Just stumbled across this thread... How is it you are all making £10+ a day from home? Sorry if I'm missing something here Blush

BlockRockinBeats · 24/07/2019 02:50

@FirstTim3Mummy @Shinypinkbow Hi there and welcome you two newbies! I have had a look and found the first earn £10 a day thread that @Otterses started in January this year. I have posted a link below. I advise you to start reading from the very beginning then you will get to understand all the different things people are doing and the websites they are signing up to. This thread must read like Double Dutch to newcomers as we now use a lot of acronyms and unfamiliar terms!

Any questions, please just ask as someone will always reply and help. We have all struggled with different things so no question is 'stupid'. It is hard joining up to thinks on your own when you have no one to ask who is sitting right next to you like there would be at work. So we all ask daft questions and all help each other.

I love these threads and everyone posting on them. Such a lovely bunch of likeminded people. Good luck! Get stuck in!

BlockRockinBeats · 24/07/2019 02:51

Whoops, forgot the link...see, we really are just ordinary people trying to earn money from home in unique ways!

https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneyy_matters/3466885-anyone-up-for-an-earn-10-a-day-challenge-this-year?pg=1

BlockRockinBeats · 24/07/2019 02:55

BTW...if you go to 'Topics' then click 'Money' and then click 'Money Matters', you will find all seven of the 'Make £10 a day' threads in there. I would try to start from January so you get to understand everything and discover the things that are good, and those not so good. You can learn from our past experiences! Hope this is helpful. If you have any ideas to share, please do! I assure you, the things people are involved in are definitely not scams.

ChubRubTub · 24/07/2019 03:06

To the two newbies, keep reading the threads. It soon stops sounding like a foreign language! The regular posters on here are amazingly helpful. These threads have helped so many of us.

I've just been accepted by Appen. I've got a long list of projects, are there any to avoid!

Java (Is this the one with the impossible exam. Is it worth it in the end?)
Shasta (they're offering $250 bonus payout, which makes me nervous that it must be awful!)
Assal
Whitewater (Australia only)
Noyo
Nyasa
Foley
Funston
Ivindo (2 different but similar projects)
Wouri

Any advice greatly appreciated Smile

BlockRockinBeats · 24/07/2019 03:14

Forgot to say...thanks to the posters who also nominated 'you know who' for the fancy gin award.

I REALLY hope she wins one. It would be great to acknowledge someone who has genuinely helped transform people's lives in the most positive and empowering way. They are giving out two bottles per week for four weeks so, fingers crossed, our super thread boss gets one - haha! Plus we could be the first competition win!

bkaz · 24/07/2019 06:50

@Otterseas or Redda and others, has anyone got any feedback from the Appen Fletcher voice recording project and do we have to wait for approval before invoicing? Thanks

I also nominate Otterseas for the Gin, this is a fab thread, very empowering! Gin

reddA · 24/07/2019 08:09

@bkaz I didn't do Fletcher - I can't do voice ones as I have a very talkative parrot (maybe I could train him to do them for me! Grin )

@Otterses I do hope you get gin even if you don't like it - it'll be a thoroughly deserved competition win Flowers, thanks @BlockRockinBeats for the heads up

@Misskitty86 Crisp is really quiet, they did add new crispers a couple of weeks ago so that would explain it, it happened a couple of months ago too - makes it very hard to earn a decent amount, think I'm going to struggle to hit this months target after starting off so well.

seizethecuttlefish · 24/07/2019 08:19

@ChubRubTub I would just apply for them all. If you qualify there is no guarantee you get it. I'm still sitting with 3 that are in process. Java is the one with the exam, I failed it. Fletcher seems to go on forever. It's 800 voice prompts. It's the only one I've been accepted for, so I'm doing it but not loving it. At the moment this is my only income as I haven't heard anything from Crisp or ModSquad, needs must.

Wolfff · 24/07/2019 08:50

ChubRubTub Noyo is a good one to start with it’s very short. A couple are specialist linguistic projects. I don’t know the others apart from Java which i’ve applied for. I’m on Truckee which is pretty easy and an hour a day.
