6 months in and still going strong! It's the July earn £10 a day thread!

Let's try not to fill this one up too quickly Grin

I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet Grin

@Wolfff I've got 202 on Appen too but not done it yet. I've got 509 too which is in little sessions of 300 recordings (take about 20 mins each). You have to do at least 6 a week, but you can do as many more than 6 as you like.

I have just come to the end of a batch on 509 and mine says insufficient prompts, no prompts availble to record Sad

Those looking at 202 on Appen, be wary. It's the dreaded record and transcribe task. It can be done (I suffered the pain!) but takes way longer than they state.

I'm afraid I really can't advise  the last thing I want is for you to get into trouble!

@ScatteredMama82 there's a £1000 personal trading allowance, after that you need to declare it Smile I'm toying with the idea of asking them to take it out of my PAYE this year as that seems slightly easier...

I am so unimpressed with Appen. They sent me the URL for the rating tool for Nile on 24th June. It has never loaded on my facebook. I have tried everything - clearing cookies, turning laptop off and on, logging out of facebook and back in, downloading Chrome again etc.

I emailed them and it took over a week for them to reply. They asked me to send the URL of my facebook home page which I did. I then received an email saying I had not done any work for them and if I did not start I would be removed from their working list!

I emailed again and was told to use my mobile. This was despite the email with the rating tool URL saying it must be loaded on a computer and not a mobile. Anyway I tried my mobile but it still would not load.

I emailed yet again and posted on the chat forum (seems quite a lot of people are having problems). I have still received no answer regarding the problem but have received 2 emails asking me to rate the help I received. I replied saying I had had no help and was not impressed.

I have just had an email from them saying I have been removed from their working list!

They just seem useless and I am angry and upset

@mydogisthebest that's rubbish. They do seem spectacularly shit at communication. I haven't even had any work from them despite applying months ago so I also hate them 🤣

@0hmygoodness me too - no prompts left! I'm so pissed off, I've done 4 sessions this week but the minimum was 6 so I guess they don't have to pay us for those??

It's one of those days. I failed the qualification test for Java. Tell me this happens to everyone? Feeling a bit disheartened. I thought I was spot on but it seems like I'm struggling to follow basic instructions.
