I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet

I've just sent an email to Crisp asking about when I might be able to work on the live queue. I agree it's a bit frustrating especially since there's no unsure option! Only doing a few hours per week until I know how much I'm going to be paid next month.

Congratulations @SorryDidISayThatOutLoud I applied for Mod Squad but so far haven't heard anything. Let us know how you get on!

Woah woah!! Cloudworkers have just sent me €130.00 but I've hardly done any hours! Really need to work this out... 🤔 has anyone else been paid by them? Do they normally pay out around this time of the month?

If this is right they pay better than I thought and will be straight back on it.. I had pretty much given it up to focus on Crisp instead.

Wow that's loads @BlackCatFan do you get an email or anything that tells you how many messages you sent to make that? I've slowed down on there since I got crisp, might have to put a bit more effort in now lol

@BlackCatFan - I'll be interested in any reply from Crisp. During the whole recruitment phase they were excellent with communication, so I'm surprised it seems to have tailed off at what seems to be a crucial point. I'm still doing some bit and pieces of the training data, because it is paid after all. But I'm nervous that without feedback, if I'm doing it wrong I won't know and so that might count against me?

@ShinyButtons Nothing to say how many messages I'd sent or any breakdown of what I've done. I've had a think and I'm sure I only did about 4 hours last month.. maybe 6 at the very most, I'd decided it wasn't for me and left it after that. I have a feeling it's not right but I'm not complaining.

@Bemystarlord I requested to be paid by PayPal so that's how they sent the payment. I just got an email notification to say I'd been paid. I thought it was only 8p per message as well so I'm pretty confused. If you did any work for them in June I guess you should be paid soon.

@CatHopeful I'll let you know what they say, I emailed the person who sent me all the links (Tracy?) but she is out of the office until 15th so I hope I'll hear something when she gets back ..

@BlackCatFan That's who I've been communicating with too. If she's on leave then I guess that explains the delay.

Does anyone using Crisp have Talktalk as their Internet provider?

I seem to be going in circles not being able to log on, Crisp are saying it's my Internet provider, talktalk are saying its crisp...I just want to start earning!

@BlackCatFan I only did about 5/6 hours last month too so will let you know if/what I get.

@Bemystarlord no I didn't submit an invoice, they just pay you automatically based on how many messages you've sent. But I only sent 185 so I'm a bit 🤔

Appen have let me go because I couldn't take the Pecwan test within the week (I asked for an extension but they said no), I'm still allowed to do Global but they have wished me well for my future - how lovely of them! You wait around for 6 months and then because I cannot drop everything for them they get rid The thing is, I didn't take the test because I didn't have time to read through the 80 pages and learn it properly but if I had just done it anyway and failed they would have kept me on!

That’s so weird, unless they pay for any reply's you get maybe? (That would be good if they did!!)

Can now stalk my inbox for paypal notifications as well as crisp 🤣

@GrandCannon in what way can't you log in? Have you tried a different computer? My two step authentication didn't work when I swapped computers as the computers clock was incorrectly set up. Could it be something as simple as that?

@reddA they let you go totally as in you can't work for them anymore at all? Or you can still apply for other projects but not Pecwan?

Im nervous now as I applied for that but I won't get through 80 pages in a week. Its like when I was offered Yuckon exam and they then wanted me to read 166 pages and do 12 hours of exams in a week, just not possible!

@anxiouswaiting I'm not entirely sure - it asked me to delete everything associated with Pecwan and appen from my pc, actually reading it properly it does say I can continue with Appen Connect - I don't think it went down very well though so if you can I would just do the test and fail rather than not do it at all.

I just have to make sure I don't fuck up with Crisp now - pressure is on!

@BlackCatFan do you think they added zero on the end by mistake?

@GrandCannon have you tried making a hotspot from your phone or someone else's phone on a different network and seeing it it works then? At least then you'd know if the problem was with talk talk or not.
