I have been offered a promotion which comes with a 25% pay rise
I do my job well and know I can do the job but I’m having doubts because I am part time and wondering if the extra money won’t be worth the extra stress that potentially comes with it
I won’t know how much stress until I take it and do the job though
I wanted to earn more to help us as a family as we want to potentially have another child in the next few years and last time being on maternity leave was a massive hit on finances.
Should I be taking it to increase my earnings knowing it could potentially be for the short term (2 years or so) or declining it ?
