Mbna have identified me as a previous customer but say they don’t have detailed records of if I paid ppi or not.
They are asking for old cc statements which I don’t have. They do have my old account number.
What do I do with no statements?.
If they don’t have detailed records how would they calculate ppi from one statement anyway? You either have the records or you can’t be accurate.
None of my other credit cards had ppi on the statements and I’ve had payouts from them.
